The aim of the Newsletter was to act as an information center, a clearing house, a place for notes of interest than as a formal journal. The emphasis was on materials in English dealing with Kuyper.
The initial Board of Editors included: Dirk W. Jellema and Richard Mouw (both of Calvin College), and Rockne McCarthy (of Dordt College).
